The Becker Town Board so ordains:
SECTION 1. The Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Program in Becker Township shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Subd. 6, letter E.) of the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows:
E. Appeal:
The applicant may appeal the Department’s decision to deny the construction permit in accordance with the Town’s established policies and appeal procedures as stated in the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance, Section 18.05.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
