Robotics Hosts Kickoff At Home

Saturday the Becker CIS robotics hosted their very own Kickoff this year.

The event lasted throughout the entire day and was greeted by a lot of hype, as many students from around Minnesota shuffled into the PAC awaiting the game reveal.

C.I.S. had a live Twitter competition throughout the day and many other teams were active on their social media, posting about the event C.I.S. was hosting.

In total there were over 400 people from around Minnesota attending this event.  This included 17 Minnesota FRC, FIRST Robotics Competition, and four FTC, FIRST Technical Challenge, teams.

After the game reveal was over the robotics teams sat down and digested the new game and started making plans for what to do to win this years game.

Shortly after talking about the game, teams got back together and sat down with a large group lunch that was provided by C.I.S.

After lunch, the robotics teams went into three breakout sessions that covered a wide variety of topics to help rookie teams, and even veteran teams,  come up with new ideas.

C.I.S. Robotics is officially starting their season and the race to competition is on.
