The Becker Bulldog girls tennis team reached the quarterfinals of the Section 8AA tournament before falling to #1-seeded (south) St. Cloud Tech, Oct. 7 at Fitness Evolution in Sartell.

 

The #4-seeded (south) Bulldogs started the tournament with a match at 10 a.m. that day against #5-seeded (south) Sartell. They won by a 4-3 score.

 

Later that afternoon, the Bulldogs faced off against Tech and lost 7-0. Tech went on to win the section tournament by beating #2-seeded (north) Thief River Falls and #1-seeded (north) Brainerd.
