Head Coach Arnold Changamire and Assistant Coach Anne Ashander had a lot to celebrate at their end-of-the-year, Becker Girls High School Soccer Program awards banquet.
It was the program’s 10th Anniversary season and the team was recognized for winning the Granite Ridge Conference Title for the first time with a perfect conference record and an overall season record of 15-2.
Along with many academic awards for JV and varsity players, awards were given to the following varsity players:
All State Team - Claire Voigt;
All Conference Awards - Claire Voigt, Maddy Corey, Reilly Cencer and Megan Peterson;
All Conference Honor -able Mention - Heidi Voigt and Aiden Bauer.
Scholar Athletes - Allí Zimmer and Heidi Voigt;
Team MVP - Claire Voigt;
Most Improved - Tory Nelson;
Most Dedicated - Emma Domka;
Coaches Award - Heidi Voigt;
Team Spirit Award-Reilly Cencer;
Bulldog Award - Claire Voigt;
Rookie of the Year Award - Tory Nelson.
JV Awards:

Most Improved - Carolina Robles;
Most Dedicated - Gabby Lindsay;
Bulldog Award - Kaylin Peterson;
Rookie of the Year - Alaynna Suchy;
Golden Boot - Megan Gamble;

Coaches Award - Abby Gorecki.
The team also honored its six seniors - Sidney Westin, Gabby Proefrock, Heidi Voigt, Jasmine Johnson, Laura Van Boom, and Abby Gorecki. They were presented soccer blankets from the coaches.
Coaches Arnold and Gretchen Changamire — and Anne Ashander would like to thank the parents and players for a fantastic season and are looking forward to working towards the team's goals next season.
