ERIC BLOMGREN, senior wide receiver for the Becker Bulldogs, was named "Player of the Week". Blomgren had eight receptions for 101 yards and four touchdowns, leading the Becker football team to a 44-6 conference win over a tough Zimmerman team. Receivers coach Mike Lundeen said, "Eric came into the season ready to play - he won our mile race - he is catching everything thrown his way - he is going to have a fantastic year."
