Clayba’s T Ball And B Ball Teams Work On Skill Building

Clear Lake Area Youth Baseball Association’s (CLAYBA) BBall and TBall teams worked on improving their skills Wednesday night at Clearview Elementary.

CLAYBA’s TBall team consists of boys and girls attending pre-school and kindergarten, and the focus is on having fun and learning basic skills. The kids play against each other and scores aren’t kept track of for recordkeeping.

CLAYBA has three BBall teams: Black (CL13), Blue (CL14), and Red (CL15). The teams consist of boys and girls attending first and second grade, and the focus is on basic skills and learning the rules of the game. Pitching is introduced at the BBall level, although coaches pitch during the games. Teams play against Becker teams and each other, although scores aren’t kept track of for recordkeeping.
