Kennedy Pederson of rural Sauk Rapids caught this terrific 17-inch largemouth bass off the dock of her grandparent's home on Lake Julia on Friday evening, July 22nd. She was fishing with her sister, Bella, and brother, Liam. All were fishing in shallow water using night crawlers and bobbers.  Grandpa Gary, Clear Lake, was on hand to help with baiting the hooks, or assisting in landing  the larger fish like this one.  The kids caught more than a dozen fish on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Everyone had fun!
