Tuesday night, the Bulldogs hosted the Crusaders and lost by 13.

Michael O’Hagen had 20 points and Brindley Theisen 18 as St. Cloud rolled to their 11th win overall and fifth straight in conference play.

Michael Veldman led the Bulldogs with 16.

The Bulldogs hung in there with the top team in the Granite Ridge, but as the game got out of hand towards the end, Coach Josh Ihrke emptied his bench and brought new energy to the floor with just a few minutes left in the game. The subs played valiantly, forcing several turnovers and scoring easy baskets to bring the game closer, but there just wasn’t enough time on the clock to get the job done.

O’Hagen killed the ‘Dogs from the outside, scoring 18 of his 20 points from beyond the three point line. Both teams shot 39% from two-point land but St.

Cloud shot 39% from outside the arch, nailing 11 three pointers. Becker was just three-of-11 from three point land.

Becker Scoring:
Veldman 16, Josh Nohner 11, Erik Tungland 10, Zack Moeller 5, Blake Barthel 5, Cole Anderson 4, Dawson Brown 3 and Andrew Davalos 2.
