The Becker boys basketball team went 2-1 this week, beating Princeton and Milaca and falling to Waconia.
Becker 63, Princeton 55
The Bulldogs got team-high scoring from Jack Conzemius, who had 20 points and Becker won the tightly-contested game from last Saturday by eight.
Princeton’s Adam Williams led all scorers with 23 and Shane Fleury added 10.
Hunter McCalla added 15 points with three two-pointers and three threes. Lucas Dertinger had 10 points and went 3-for-4 from the charity stripe.

Becker 75, Milaca 42
Conzemius exploded for 20 points for the second game in a row as he was 7-for-7 from the floor and 6-of-7 from the free throw line, helping his Bulldog team romp the Wolves by 33 Tuesday.
Cade Sorenson was Milaca’s leading scorer with 12.
Becker got 13 points from Dertinger and 11 from Lindquist as Becker jumped out to a huge, 47-19 lead at halftime, then cruised for the easy win.

Waconia 70, Becker 47
The Bulldogs struggled to stop Waconia’s three top scorers and fell at home to the Wildcats by 23 Thursday.
Nick Fulford led all scorers with 17 and he was followed by Dillon Whittaker and Charlie Gove with 12.
Becker’s McCalla led the Bulldogs with 13 points.
The game was neck-and-neck in the first half and by the time the two teams heading off for halftime, the Bulldogs found themselves down by just a point at 28-27.
However, the defense collapsed and the offense failed to surge as Waconia poured it on in the second frame, outscoring the Bulldogs 42-20 to glide to the win.
