Dec. 4th: Amanda Lee Cocchiarella, 30 of South St Paul was arrested in Waverly - charge of domestic assault; Charlisse Lashea Tyson, 29 of St Michael was arrested in Albertville - charges of 5th degree assault & 3rd degree DWI test refusal; Damon Paul Westrich, 31 of St Cloud was arrested in Monticello - charge of 3rd degree DWI.
