Wayne Theodore Petty, 60, of Clearwater, passed away on February 12 in his home.

 

Wayne enjoyed spending time with his Grandkids, attending their extracurricular activities, shooting pool and trips to the casino.

 

Celebration of Life was Thurs. Feb. 16 at Clearwater American Legion. Words were spoken.

 

Private Burial services will be held at a later time with family.

 

Wayne was born to Donald and Betty (Strecker) Petty of Fair Haven, MN on December 4, 1956.  He went to school in Annandale. He married Deborah (Spencer) Petty in 1977 and had 5 children. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for PCI and was a member of the Local 49 Union. 

 

Wayne is preceded in death by Patrick Petty (Brother).  

 

Wayne is survived by children, Tamorah Petty of Clear Lake, Richard (Shannon) Petty of Clearwater, Tonya (Brett) Ward of St Cloud, Shannon (Gus) Petty of St Cloud, Tarah Petty of Rochester, Parents Donald (Betty) Petty of St Augusta, Siblings Doug and Bonnie Petty of Blaine, Michelle and Doug Smith of Maple Lake, Colleen and Al Wolff of Maple Lake, Kelly Petty of St Augusta, 11 Grandchildren  (Thomas, Sarah, Jarod, William, Adyson, Owen, Nolan, Lillian, Aliyah, Quinn, and Colin).
