Funeral services were held Monday, December 13, 2021, at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Big Lake for Fred Gordon, 84 who died Thursday at his home in Big Lake.  Pastor Mark Stahl will officiate.  Burial will be in the Big Lake Cemetery.  Visitation was Monday, December 13 at the funeral home in Big Lake.

Fred was born August 26, 1937, in Mount Pleasant, PA to James & Freida (Miller) Gordon.  He married Vonnie Schoenwether on July 13, 1961, in Las Vegas.  He was a Machinist for 3M and a restaurant owner.  Fred had a large role in the development and everyday operations of the Jimmy’s Pizza Franchise.  He was a member of Living Waters Church in Clear Lake.

Survivors include his wife Vonnie of Big Lake; sons, Jim Gordon (Jana) of Spicer; Greg Gordon (Mary) of Big Lake; Diana (Kevin)Eckert of Maple Grove; brother, James Gordon of ID; sister, Marilyn Schoenwether (Jerry) of TX; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant grandson.
