Weber to speak at BL Library next week

Forensic Psychologist and True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be speaking at the Great River Regional Public Library in Big Lake from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m on Wed., Oct. 29. 

Frank will speak about his forensic work and the writing of true crime mysteries. Frank’s 2025 release, The Sun, will be available at the event. The Sun is based on a Minnesota mystery that was once touted as “the crime of the century.” Frank will share information related to the case and give a live demonstration of a lie detector test (volunteer a friend).  

Frank will be at the Big Lake Public Library signing books and answering individual questions by 5 p.m. and will be available after the event. The Big Lake Public Library is part of the Great River Regional Library System and is located at: 790 Minnesota Avene, Big Lake, Minnesota, 55309.

About the Author

Frank F. Weber is a forensic psychologist specializing in homicide, sexual assault and domestic abuse cases. He uses his unique understanding of how predators think, knowledge of victim trauma, and expert testimony in writing his true crime thrillers. Frank has been interviewed on investigative shows and profiled cold case homicides. His novels have earned numerous awards. Frank is the 2024 recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award from MN Psychological Association and received the President’s Award from the MN Correctional Association for his forensic work.
