RentHelpMN, a program operated by the Minnesota Dept. of Human Services, is available to Minnesotans who have experienced a financial hardship due to the pandemic.
MDH needs one’s help sharing this COVID-19 emergency rental assistance opportunity with the community. The goal is to reach as many people as possible, particularly those facing greater barriers to access. This includes people who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing or late-deafened, people with disabilities, immigrants, Black Minnesotans, Indigenous Minnesotans and People of Color. Those who qualify could receive help with rent and utility bills for up to 15 months.
RentHelpMN applications are now open at www.renthelpmn.org/.
