Professional Mechanical Services honored with Award

Professional Mechanical Services of Big Lake, was awarded the Diamond Award at the 10th Annual HomeServe Contractors Conference held Oct. 14-15 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. This award recognizes Professional Mechanical Services as a standout partner in HomeServe’s network of more than 2,900 skilled trades contractors across North America.

The Diamond Award is presented to contractors who consistently deliver exceptional service through solid business practices, innovation, attention to detail and exceptional customer care.

In addition, Professional Mechanical also was awarded the Pinnacle Performer Award for the Midwest Region. The Pinnacle Performer Award is given to the top-performing contractor partners in each region who consistently delivered exceptional service, held their teams to the highest level of accountability and ensured their operations were in line with HomeServe’s values and goals.

The annual conference brought together less than 150 contractors, representing the top five percent of HomeServe’s contractor network, for presentations and workshops on customer service, technology and business growth strategies; a tradeshow; and an awards ceremony. Winners were selected based on evaluations of their performance metrics, with a focus on customer service excellence, repair quality, responsiveness and timeliness.

“Earning the Diamond Award is a testament to the unwavering dedication that Professional Mechanical Services has shown in delivering exceptional repair services and prioritizing customer satisfaction for our shared customers,” Tom Rusin, HomeServe North America CEO, said. “Their tireless efforts to raise the bar for quality make them an invaluable part of our mission to simplify homeownership. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!”

Celebrating its 10th year, the Contractors Conference is more than an awards event; it’s an opportunity to recognize the best professionals in the skilled trades. The recipients, including Professional Mechanical Services represent the highest standards in customer care and technical expertise.
