Morgan Nicka thought she was eating healthy, but she was always tired. As a single mom attending college and starting her career, she assumed it was normal. Then a friend told her about a Herbalife product she’d discovered at a shop in St. Cloud and invited her to try it.

“I tried a shake and was addicted right away,” said Nicka. “I lost 10 pounds and my energy skyrocketed.”

The shop needed help so she and her friend both started working there part time. Realizing there was a larger market for the product, her friend left and started her own business selling Herbalife, taking Nicka with her.

“I had to make a decision on which way I wanted to go with my career,” said Nicka. “Continue teaching, which was what I’d gone to college for, or sell Herbalife full time. I decided to go for it.”

After working with her friend for a year and a half, she decided it was time to open her own shop. Now living in Clear Lake, she had grown up in Annandale and worked for the Clearwater Travel Plaza, so she felt comfortable in the area.

After moving into a location next to the Mississippi River she opened up her shop, Riverside Nutrition, a year ago.
