Moe family helps CW fire with fundraiser

The Clearwater Fire Department joined Flinstones Lounge last Saturday in Clearwater for their annual Toys for Tots fundraiser.

Helping in the fundraiser were numerous members of the Moe family including 96-year-old matriarch, Joyce Moe and her family members.

Joyce’s daughter, Lynea was present as well as granddaughter Nicole and great granddaughter Aaliyah Theisen. Lynda Moe (owner of Moe Agency in St. Cloud) and daughter of Joyce, and another daugther of Joyces,  Lurae Scoles (owner of Winners Sports Bar & Grill locations in Sartell & Cold Spring) were also there to help. Clearly, serving in the hospitality industry runs in the family!

Flinstones Lounge is located in Clearwater and is a family owned and operated business that offers a wonderful variety of food, including delicious homemade pizzas!

Clearwater Corners, Clearwater Legion and Clearwater Travel also are collecting toys for Toys for Tots.

Flinstone’s is also hosting a free community Christmas dinner made by their family for anyone who does not have a place to go during the holidays. The free dinner will be held on Christmas Day at 1 p.m.
