Clearview Elementary School recently held their first family fun night of the year, welcoming national yo-yo master Dazzling Dave for an afternoon and evening of fun and physics.

 

To get everyone excited about the upcoming evening event, individual grades were treated to early shows throughout the day, with Dazzling Dave not only entertaining the students, but also teaching them how to yo-yo themselves. 

 

Students were excited to learn the new skill, with even those having trouble with the spinning toy concentrating hard and having a good time. Along with working one-on-one with students when needed, Dazzling Dave used science lessons to help explain the physics behind yo-yos and other similar items.  

 

Dave Schulte travels the world with his family shows, entertaining with yo-yos and spintops and teaching the basic physics behind them. His interactive events have students working together to learn a new skill.
