Thursday afternoon, 109 old classmates and friends gathered at Pebble Creek Golf Course to reminisce, reunite and honor the Class of 1966, who were celebrating their 50th school reunion this year.
The reunion began with a microphone being passed around to the tables where groups of classmates gathered to enjoy a lunch and some comradery.
Classmates stood and introduced themselves, mentioned their graduating class year and told guests where they currently reside.
Becker High School has been around since 1918.
Audrey Orton organized the event, which included volunteers who helped track down names, addresses and phone numbers of the hundreds of graduates of BHS.
Thirteen men and women from the Class of ‘66 attended Thursday’s luncheon and they included Lonny Seeley, Mike Hart, Bud Stimmler, Jim Olson, Harry McCalla, Alan Nelson, Harold Brown, Roger McCalla, Richard Peterson, Denny Dawson, Carol Metzger (Lloyd), Nancy McCalla Whitt and Noreen (Nelson) McCalla.
