Four young Becker artists will have works on display at the Hopkins Center for the Arts as part of the Youth Art Month student exhibition there, reports Becker Middle School art teacher Tracy Hare. The paintings will be on display from Fri., Feb. 28 through Sun., Mar. 30.
The artists are first-grader Parker Davidson and second-grader Mason Nevala, students in Joan Jacobson’s Primary School art classes, and eighth-graders Caitlynn Bush and Grace Brown, who study with Hare at the Middle School.
A public reception will be held at the center from noon to 2 p.m. at the center Sat., March 1. The Hopkins Center for the Arts is located at 1111 Mainstreet between 11th and 12th avenues in Hopkins, MN.
