On Sept. 11 at approximately 0223 hours, Becker Police were dispatched to Fairway Lane, in Becker, on a report of a burglary in progress. The responding officer observed an intoxicated male, identified as Zackery James Statz age 18, of Becker, attempting to gain entry through the front door of the residence.

 

Becker Police were able to take Statz into custody without incident. Statz was booked into the Sherburne County Jail for Criminal Damage to Property and Underage Consumption. The Becker Police Dept. were assisted by deputies from the Sherburne County Sheriff’s office.
