Restoration is underway at Bailey Ray’s Roadhouse in Santiago after the business sustained substantial damage due to a fire this past summer (early July, 2025.)

Owners Pat and Rebeca O’Brien shared the following update. 

“The roof of the bar should be opened up and replaced next week and then the interior restoration will start,” the message said. “We are anticipating a finish date of mid February. We would like to have the bar opened March 1, but there are a lot of factors to be considered.”
