A two-vehicle accident  last Friday in Becker at around 12:300 p.m. sent three people to the hospital  with non-life threatening injuries.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 16-year old (name not released) was driving her 2010 Ford Focus southbound on Hancock Ave S and the vehicle collided with a 2017 Dodge Journey driven by 34-year-old Logan Nash Strandjord of Clearwater. The young female in the Focus had a 14-year-old juvenile female passenger from Becker. She was transported to St. Cloud Hospital as well as the driver.

Strandjord was sent to Monticello Hospital. 

Assisting at the scene were the Sherburne Co Sheriff’s Office, CentraCare Ambulance and Becker Police and Fire.

Roads were dry and no alcohol was involved in the crash.
