PUBLIC HEARING
On behalf of the Sherburne County Board and its members, we respectfully request to hold a Public Hearing on June 23, 2021 during the regular Big Lake Township Board meeting at, or near, 6:00 pm. This will be held at the Big Lake Township Hall at 21960 County Road 5, Big Lake, MN 55309. Pursuant to MN Statute 163.11 subd. 5a., the purpose of the hearing is to allow public comments to be heard in regards to the revocation of County Road 79. Accompanying this revocation is the acceptance of ownership by the County of 209th Ave. from County State Aid Highway 15 to the east township limits.
