NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clear Lake City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the following reason:

Property located at 8825 Main Ave Clear Lake, MN 55319

A special Council public hearing has been scheduled for February 6, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. This public hearing is being schedule to review an Interim Use Permit application for the construction of a 1-megawatt Community Solar Garden.  This meeting will take place at City Hall located at 7684 1st Ave West.

The public is urged to attend this hearing and all persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed conditional use permit request will be heard.  Written and oral arguments will be considered.  Written comments must be received in the Clerk’s office prior to hearing date.
