AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11. 32,

SUBDIVISION 5 OF CHAPTER 11 IN CITY CODE

ADDRESSING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MAXIMUM HEIGHT AND THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulation

Section 11. 32 SECTION 11. 32. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R- 1)

Subd. 5. Lot, Yard, Area, and Height

This ordinance revises the minimum lot size and minimum lot width for lots with public sanitary sewer available and raises the maximum height of accessory structures in the Single Family Residential Zoning District of the City of Becker.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8: 00 a. m. and 4: 30 p. m.
