NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne

Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:

Approximately 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Preliminary Plat of Energy Park Eighth Addition. Applicant, City of Becker, and owner, Potter Investments, LLC have submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat for the consolidation of three existing parcels. The properties are identified as PID #60-491-0105, #60-491-0110, and #60-486-0215.

Following the above Public Hearing: Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation application. Applicant, City of Becker, has submitted an application to vacate the drainage and utility easement vacation on locted across Lot 2, Block 1 of Energy Park Seventh Addition and Lot 3, Block 2 of Energy Park Fifth Addition, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
