BIDS DUE Notice is hereby given that Online Bids will be received by the Administrator until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 17th, 2021, via Quest CDN for furnishing all labor and material for the construction of the Becker Golf Clubhouse addition.
BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION Construction of an addition to the Pebble Creek Golf Club, to accommodate golf simulators, approximately 900 square feet, including a two-hour occupancy separation wall, door, and fire curtains.

BID METHOD Only bids from a General Contractor will be considered.
For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $30 at the time of bid submission via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com.
To access the electronic Bid Worksheet, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through Quest CDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Mahler & Associates Architecture, dated 2/21-6/21.
Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the instructions to the Bidders.
A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota States, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. All bids received shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Becker for not less than five (5) percent of the amount of bid.
TYPE OF BIDS All contracts for construction will be direct contracts with the City of Becker. The City of Becker will award a contract to a General Contractor.
The Owner may use any combination of the base bid and alternates to determine the low bid.
