TOWN OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:01 p.m. Kyle Schleif, applicant and Pauline Anderson, owner, Variance Application. Kyle Schleif, applicant and Pauline Anderson, owner have applied for a length variance to the road frontage standards at 14898 102nd Street SE, Becker in order to allow the subdivision of a parcel.
7:02 p.m. The City of Becker, owner and applicant Conditional Use Permit Application. The City Becker has applied for a conditional use permit at the location 16318 117th Street, Southeast to establish the City of Becker’s new wellhouse.
7:03 p.m. Becker Township, Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The Town of Becker will hold a public hearing to amend the Transportation section of its comprehensive plan.
Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend in person or via zoom and comment at the Public Hearing.
