TOWN OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

7:01 p.m.  Nick & Sara Johnson, Variance Application.  Nick & Sara Johnson, applicants/owners have submitted a variance application for 17418 165th Street SE to allow a front yard setback variance.

7:02 p.m.  Kevin Shay, Landform Professional Services and Ziegler Custom Homes, Inc., Preliminary Plat Application.  Kevin Shay, Landform Professional Services, Applicant and Ziegler Custom Homes, Inc., owner have submitted a Preliminary Plat Application for the land located at 10011 173rd Ave SE, Becker, MN.  

7:03 p.m.  Frank & Tera Kasowski, III and Boulder & Spud Land Company Boundary Line Adjustment.  Boulder & Spud Land Company, applicants and Frank & Tera Kasowski III, owners have submitted a Boundary Line Adjustment Application for the land located at 8509 119th Ave SE, Clear Lake, MN and the adjoining lot to the south identified as 05-508-0232.
