The Becker Bulldog girls golf team moved into a tie for first place in the Granite Ridge Conference as they collectively shot a 182 to win the Foley Invitational at Stone Creek Golf Course Monday.
One conference meet remains (Monday at Wapicada) on the regular season calendar to see who takes home the coveted prize.
Rachel Vogl was the meet medalist Monday, shooting a 40.
“We had a gutsy team performance Monday,” said Head Coach Steve Whittaker. “I’m really proud how our girls don't give up, even when the going is tough.”
