The Becker Bulldog boys and girls track teams held their end-of-the-year banquets last week and handed out much-deserved awards. Girls Track The girls held their banquet/pot luck last Wednesday at the high school.
Head Coach Trish Reimer-Kealy awarded the letter winners, team awards, academic awards, all conference awards and new captains.

Reimer-Kealy’s team was Granite Ridge Conference champions for the second year in a row, scoring an all time high point total for the conference.
The girls set a new indoor conference record set by the 4x800M team of Lindquist, Hendrickson, Bengtson and Dehmer.
Academic Gold Award
The Minnesota State High School Track Coaches Association awarded academic all conference to Lahr, Hubbard, Severson, Storms, Hendrickson, Kolbinger, Stommes, Adu-Gyamfi, Dehmer, Holm, Kirchner and C. Pleoger.
All State Academic Award
The ASAA awrards went to Lahr, Kolbinger, Hendrickson and Dehmer.
MSHSL Honor Roll
Hendrickson and Kolbinger made the honor roll for the 3200M; Dehmer and Bengtson for the 1600M; Lahr for triple jump and pole vault; Kerzman for discus; and the 4x800M relay team of Lindquist, Hendrickson, Bengtson and Dehmer.

Selected to the St Cloud Times All Area Honor Roll team were Dehmer, Bengtson, Kolbinger and Hendrickson.
“This was an outstanding group of kids to work with,” said Reimer-Kealy. “We enjoyed every day with them and are so proud of all their efforts and willingness to try new things and reach beyond boundaries.”
Reimer-Kealy said this year's seniors were a big part of making up the personality of her team.
“Hubbard, Severson, Lahr and Storms provided great leadership in so many ways and we commend them for that,” she said. “We wish them much luck and hope they come back to visit their Becker track and field family! We will miss them.”
Boys Track
The boys held their banquet/pot luck last week at the high school with Head Coach Paul Schmidt and his coaching staff awarding the letter winners, team awards, academic awards, all conference awards and naming new captains.
