JONATHAN NOVAK stayed with the pack during Tuesday’s 200 meter race in Zimmerman.
HANNAH SCHMIDT won the 200 meter race in a time of 28.22. She also won the high jump and pole vault and was part of the second place 4x200 relay team at Tuesday’s meet in Zimmerman.

Track Teams Finish Regular Season At Zimmerman

The Becker Bulldog boys and girls track teams participated in a last chance meet in Zimmerman against the Thunder and Little Falls Tuesday. 
 
Boys Track
Becker’s Conner Huebner had a great day by winning the 200 in 24.6, placing second in the 100 with a 12.02 and being a part of the winning 4x100 team with Bhavin Bahkta, Logan Andersen and Colton Demant.  Their time was 47.2.
 
Luke Lahr and Brett Parson went one and two in the 800 with times of 2:09.5 and 2:21.7.
 
Matthew Davalos continues to run well as he placed second in the 400 meters with a time of 55.77.  Brady Scheeley won the triple jump with a jump of 38' 9.5" and Dillon Radunz was third in the shot put with a toss of 46'.  
 
William Schendel placed third in the high jump at 5'2" and fourth in the pole vault at 9'6".   
 
The boys finished second in the meet with 48 points.  Little falls won the meet with 88 points and Zimmerman was third with 44.
 
Girls Track
Hannah Schmidt placed first in three events and ran on the second place 4x200 relay.  She won the 200 in a time of 28.22, the high jump with a jump of 5'1" and the pole vault at 9'00.
 
The 4x800 relay team of Siera Knick, Deedra Lawrence, Renee Tripp and Jessica Sand placed second.
 
Becker’s 100m hurdlers of Sam Angell (16.44), Aubree Lahr (18.29) and Haley Hubbard (18.59) placed first, second and fourth respectively.
 
The 100 meter dash had Sydney Stommes with a personal record time of 13.43 for third and Shannon Sydow (PR)  13.86 for fifth.
 
The 4x200 relay placed second with a squad of Lahr, Angell, Emily Cox and  Schmidt running a time of 1:53.62.
 
Jada Rositas achieved a personal record time in the 1600, finishing  5:44.36 for third. Nikki O'Brien was fifth in 6:17.30.
 
Becker’s 4x100 team of Stommes, Kassidy Severson, Hubbard and Sydow ran 54.74 for second.
 
The girls placed first (Cox 65.32) second (Michaela Manifold 66.23 PR) and fourth (Tate Spinner 68.69) in the 400.
 
Angell also won the 300 hurdles (51.64) and Miranda O'Brien was second (54.40)
 
Alli Garding ran a PR time of 2:34.77 for third in the 800. Rositas was sixth and Nikki O'Brien seventh.
 
Stommes placed third (28.74) and Sydow sixth (29.57) in the 200.
 
Alli Hendrickson ran 12:05.20, Lexi Dehmer 12:08.60 and Victoria Kolbinger 13:09.80 — all PR’s —for first, second, and third in the 3200.
 
The 4x400 relay won their race by three-hundreths of a second for a really exciting finish to the running events. Team members were Manifold,  Garding, Nikki O'Brien and Cox (4:29.52).
 
Madi Kerzman threw a personal best of 99'3" in the discus, placing third.
 
Hubbard placed second in the triple jump (31'1 1/") and placed fourth in the pole vault. Severson was fifth and Kailey Cleaver in the pole vault.
 
The Bulldogs won the meet with Little Falls taking second and Zimmerman third.
 
The boys and girls’ next meet is the Section 8AA meet with the prelims Wednesday at Alexandria at 3 p.m. and finals Saturday at Rocori.
