Last Thursday, Becker girls lacrosse traveled to Monticello to take on the Magic. The final score was 15-5 with Magic coming out the victor. 

It was a tough game for the Bulldogs, but that did not stop them from giving it their all. Three Becker players managed to score on the opposing Magic. Morgan Vee and Tasha Berthiume each scored two goals, while Taylor Hanson scored one goal. Eighth grade goalie Hanna Burthwick, was able to start in her first Becker varsity game. Even though the Bulldogs did not play their best, they still worked well together as a team.

“Every game is a learning experience and we know we can only continue to get better,” said Head Coach Lundeen.

Coming up

The Bulldogs will take on Big Lake and Chisago Lakes at home in the following week.
