The Becker Bulldog girls swim and dive team hosted a home meet against Foley Thursday.

 

Becker hosted the Foley Falcons and lost by 19.

 

In the 100 backstroke Emma Lefebrve placed first with a personal best time. Jade Erson took first in the 100 freestyle and a second place finish in the 50 freestyle event.

 

In the 200 freestyle Andrea Molus had a first place finish while Lefebvre placed second. Teammate Maddie Thorn qualified for sections in the 200 freestyle at the meet.

 

Tina Tamm couldn’t be happier with the girls progress, “We are at the halfway point of the season and the girls continue to improve their times. I’m excited to see what they will do when we get to the section meet.”

 

The girls take on Little Falls next Thursday and host the Section 5A True Team on Saturday, Oct. 11.
