KALLEY ANDERSON had back-to-back productive games, scoring nine points against Cathedral and 11 against Little Falls to lead the Bulldogs to two wins.
WHITNEY RAYGOR scored 15 points in Becker’s final game of the year at Little Falls. Becker won the game 58-44.

Raygor, Anderson Help Bulldogs Reach 16 Wins

The Becker Bulldog girls basketball team closed out their 2015-15 regular season schedule with two convincing wins over Little Falls and St. Cloud Cathedral.

Whitney Raygor exploded for 15 points and Kalley Anderson scored 11 as Becker throttled Little Falls in their final regular season game of the year  on the road to finish with 16 wins.
 
Little Falls was led by Sarah Gold with 15 and Jordan Schuett with 13.
 
Becker Scoring: Raygor 15, Kalley Anderson 11, Amanda Lindsay 7, Alexa Hanowski 6, Abbigail Morrell 6, Rachel Vogl 4,  Alex Johnson 4, Haley Benda 4 and Carlee Kobow 2.
 
Little Falls Scoring: Sarah Gold 15, Jordan Schuett 13, Laura Fregin 6, Katie Mammenga 4, Kristin Stewart 2, Kendra Pohlman 2 and  Mikayla Burns 2.
 
Becker 51, Cathedral 21
 
Anderson scored nine points — all in the second half — to lead Becker past the Crusaders at Cathedral High School last Friday night.
 
The Bulldogs held the Crusaders without a field goal for the entire first half. Becker led 29-7 going into the final period.
 
“We have never held a team to zero field goals in the first half as long as I have been in Becker,” said Head Coach Paul Lindsay.
 
Kate Tomczik had 10 rebounds to lead Cathedral.
 
Becker Scoring: Anderson 9, Kobow 7, Vogl 7, Raygor 6, Morrell 6, Johnson 6, Lindsay 4, Payton Bernstrom 4 and Hanowski 2.
 
Cathedral Scoring: Annie O'Hagan 4, Madelyn Curtis 4, Carolyn Wick 2,  Kate Tomczik 2, Marlo Bristow 2, Katie Auger 2, Cassidy Stienessen 2, Carly Smith 2 and Morgan Prom 1. 
 
The Lady Bulldogs finished the regular season at 16-9 overall and 9-5 (third place) in the Granite Ridge Conference.
 
Seeding for the Section 5AAA playoffs will commence Sunday and Becker is expected to host the first round game Tuesday at 7 p.m. against a yet identified opponent.
