SENIOR CHEYENNE PICCOLO shot a 90 Monday at Blackberry Ridge to help lead the girls golf team to a fourth place finish.

Piccolo Helps Lead Lady Golfers To Fourth Place At Blackberry Ridge

The Becker Bulldog girls golf team had one meet this week and they finished in fourth place at Blackberry Ridge Monday in a pre-section meet.
 
Nine teams from around the area competed and a total of 45 girls.
 
St. Cloud Cathedral won the event with a team total of 370. Wadena Deer Creek was second with a 383, Osakis was third with a 385 followed by Becker with a 405.
 
Leading the Bulldogs was Cheyenne Piccolo with a 90 which was good enough for a tie for seventh place. Macy Erson shot a 95, Hannah Garcia a 100, Erica Brovold a 120, Ellie Goth a 121 and Jenna Voight a 132.
 
Alayna Eldred of Osakis was the top scorer with a 79.
