The Becker girls volleyball team played one match this week, losing in five sets to Big Lake Tuesday.

In the first set, the battle went right to the very end with the Hornets prevailing, 25-23.

Becker dominated the second set, easily dispatching of Big Lake by a 25-9 score. 

Like the first set, the Hornets once again pushed the Bulldogs to the cusp, winning 26-24 to go up two sets to one.

In set three, Becker reversed the fortunes and triumphed by a 25-24 score to tie the match.

In set five, Big Lake jumped out to the lead and never looked back, winning the exciting match, 15-9.

The Bulldogs  moved to 1-1 in the Mississippi 8 Conference and 6-3 overall.
