Junior receiver Alex Weiss was named Player of the Week for his outstanding game in Becker’s 17-0 win over Willmar.  

Receiver coach Mike Lundeen said, “Alex runs excellent routes.  Quarterback Ryan Bengtson always knows where he will be.  That is the reason he is our leading receiver.”

“Alex is also one of the best blockers on the team,” Lundeen continued.  “Any long run usually has him making a key block.”
