Tuesday, the Becker Bulldog girls gymnastics team traveled to Perham to take on the Yellowjackets and lost in a very close match.

Hannah Schmidt was the only Bulldog gymnast to compete in all four routines and she tallied an impressive 34.5 which included a 9.35 on floor, a 9.1 on vault, an 8.35 on bars and a 7.7 on beam.
Other Becker scores were: Miranda O’Brien with a 9.25 on vault, an 8.95 on floor and an 8.4 on beam; Nicole O’Brien scored an 8.2 on vault; Kassidy Severson had an 8.9 on vault; Kylee Pudas had an 8.4 on beam; Marlee Louden had an 8.05 on bars; Lexi Reichle had an 8.7 on beam; Haley Olsen had an 8.35 on bars; Haley Hubbard had a 9.1 on floor, a 9 on vault and a 7.8 on bars; Montanna Edling had an 8.25 on floor and Megan Murphy had an 8.7 on beam, an 8.2 on floor and a 7.7 on bars.

The gymnastics team knocked off Annandale on the road last Saturday.
Schmidt led the Bulldogs with an all-around score of 35.5 which included a 9.2 on vault, a 9.15 on floor, an 8.85 on beam and an 8.3 on uneven bars.
Lindsay Olsen also competed as an all-around athlete, finishing with a combined score of 34.65. She tallied an 8.9 on vault, an 8.8 on floor, an 8.65 on bars and an 8.3 on beam.
Other Becker scores were: Miranda O’Brien with a 9.35 on vault, a 9.1 on floor and an 8.35 on beam; Severson scored an 8.45 on vault; Louden received an 8.45 on bars; Reichle nailed a 9 on beam; Haley Olsen got an 8.85 on bars; Hubbard had an 8.65 on floor, an 8.5 on vault and a 7.5 on bars; Edling scored an 8.55 on floor and Murphy scored a 7.45 on beam.
