The incredible drive through the section playoffs continued last week when the Becker Bulldog girls soccer team upset Heritage Christian Center by a score of 4-1. This, coming on the tail of their big win over #2-seeded Big Lake a few days before.

However, the clock struck midnight and the Prince left the dance as Becker’s valiant footballers lost to Orono Monday to end their dream of playing for the title.

In Becker’s 4-1 win over Heritage Christian Center, goals were scored by, senior Faith Madsen, senior Megan Gamble and two from senior Alaynna Suchy.

Sophomore Liz Mackedanz recorded 11 saves. 

In Becker’s shutout loss to Orono, Mackedanz recorded 13 saves. 

The Becker team is appreciative of all their senior leaders and wish them the best in the future.
