The 2021 Becker Girls Soccer Team wrapped up their season with a banquet at Pebble Creek, Nov. 4. 

The room was packed with attendees who enjoyed good food, honors, laughs, and recollections of the season. Speeches from this year’s captains were made, acknowledgment of parents who’d helped out during the season, good-natured roasting of varsity coach Ben Strom, a presentation of next year’s captains, a slide show of photos, personal awards from seniors to underclassman, and the announcement of letter winners, as well as academic, team, and Mississippi 8 Conference awards.

“I think having it (banquet) at Pebble Creek was nice for the girls,” said Head Coach Ben Strom. “To help celebrate the season and make it special for them and their parents. This was an enjoyable team to coach. Stats and records don’t reflect that, but I think you saw the enjoyment of this season, and the fun we’ve had together, on display tonight.”
