The Becker Bulldog volleyball team ended the regular season by going 1-1 in its final two matches and now the team is gearing up for the playoffs.

Last Thursday, the team celebrated Senior Night with a 3-0 win over Apollo.  Becker was in control throughout, winning by game scores of 25-11, 25-8 and 25-10.

“With a very exciting senior night, the Bulldogs’ five seniors each had at least one kill in the match,” Coach Katie Uittenbogaard said.  “Our five seniors are Haley Pilarski, Keira Berger, Mel Hubbard, Taylor Hanson, and Ella Pany. It was a dominating victory for us and I look forward to seeing our team capitalize on this win into the postseason!”

Tuesday nightBecker fell to North Branch in the final home match of the Bulldogs’ 2024 season.

“We lost 0-3, but played very hard and I am very excited to see our hitting and blocking become more consistent,” Coach Bo said.  “We played hard against a tough North Branch team.” 

Section seeding placement will be done on Monday, October 21, with the Bulldogs currently sitting at fifth in Section 8AAA.
