Becker Wrestling competed in the Rogers Holiday Matness Tournament recently. 

There were 34 teams in attendance, and Becker took first place. Three Bulldog wrestlers showcased their skills and won their matches at the tournament. 

At 107-lbs.; Harper Hamacher, eighth grade, current record 9-1; At 127-lbs., Jacob Williams, 10th grade, current record 15-0; and at 145-lbs., Bennett Kujawa, 11th Grade, current record 10-1. 

The six other wrestlers who placed at the tournament were: 114-lbs., fifth place - Odin Duncombe; 133-lbs., sixth place - Rylan Kujawa: 139-lbs., eighth place - Andy Fischer; 152-lbs., fourth place - Levi Thompson; 172-lbs., sixth place - Brayden Boots; and 215-lbs., seventh place - Aiden Golley. 

The team then went on to compete in a quadrangular meet in Dassel-Cokato where Becker defeated Dassel-Cokato/Litchfield 62-6 in the first round. Becker then defeated Eden Valley-Watkins, 56-15 in round two. To cap it all off, Becker defeated Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City 54-18 in the third round.
