The Becker girls’ lacrosse team battled hard against Elk River in the second round of playoffs, but ended with a 19-2 loss. 

Scoring for Becker on the night was Morgan Vee and Brynne Kotse. 

Elk River scored in the first minute of the game and did not let off the gas.   Coach Lundeen said she was proud of how the team played with such grit this year. 

Morgan Vee broke the school record for goals in a single season by amassing 45 goals, besting the prior record of 38. Morgan was also awarded the scholar athlete for earning the highest GPA on the team.
