The Becker baseball team split two games this week to stay two games above .500 at 8-6.
Foley 10, Becker 0
Noah Winkelman was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, and Alec Dietl was 2-for-4 with two RBI as Foley shut out Becker at home in five innings Thursday afternoon.
Dietl earned the complete-game win on the mound with one strikeout.
Beau Pauly and Austin Rasmussen had the only two hits for the Bulldogs.
Becker 4, Zimmerman 1
Casey Vesledahl earned a complete game win at home in a Granite Ridge Conference win over Zimmerman Tuesday night.
Vesledahl gave up four hits and one run for the Bulldogs.
Cody Gruenhagen continues to lead the Bulldogs in hitting and has a .429 batting average. Andrew Stanger is not far behind with a .417 average.
Gruenhagen leads the team in runs scored and RBIs as well.
Becker is 5-2 in the Granite Ridge Conference and in fourth place behind Cathedral (7-3), Little Falls (7-3) and Foley (7-2).
