400 Freestyle Swimmers Heading To Sections

The Becker Bulldog swim 400 freestyle relay team took home first place last Saturday at home, crowning them Granite Ridge Conference champions.
 
Swimmers in the relay were Andrea Molus, Emma Lefebvre, Macy Erson and Jade Erson.  With the accomplishment, the 400 relay team will be swimming at the Section 5A meet Nov. 7-8 in Duluth.
 
Becker’s other swimmers who made it to the awards stand (top eight finishers) included Lefebvre, J. Erson, Molus and M. Erson who captured seventh place in the 200 medley relay; Molus who took home second place in the 200 and 500 freestyle; Lefebvre who garnered sixth place in the 200 freestyle and eighth place in the 100 backstroke and Nicole Larrison who won sixth place in the 50 freestyle. 
 
J. Erson seized eighth place in the 50 freestyle and fourth place in the 100 freestyle; Emi Quill finished third in diving; Emily Skelton took home eighth place in diving; M. Erson nabbed seventh place in the 100 freestyle and Melody Swanson, Emily Lipinski, Jalissa Johnson and Nicole Larrison conquered seventh place in the 200 freestyle relay.
 
The Section 5A tournament will be held at Lincoln Park Middle School.
