Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) congratulates the following students on being named to the Spring 2025 President’s List. The spring terms run from January to May.
Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President’s List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.

Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences recognized 159 students with service and leadership awards on Wednesday, May 7. These awards shine light unto the dedication and compassion each student holds to furthering their health care career through volunteerism and paving the way for the future of medicine and health sciences.
Sally Hazen, a native of Zimmerman, MN, and a member of the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program was one of the 160 students awarded a Student Service Award.

Students are named to the list for a earning a 3.5 GPA while taking at least 12 credit hours for the semester.

Ysabelle Gilseth of Zimmerman was among 3,591 graduates who received degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during commencement exercises May 3, 17 and 18.
Gilseth earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with high distinction from the College of Engineering.
Olivia Bigelow of Monticello, College of Education and Human Sciences, Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management.
The graduates are from 57 countries, 46 U.S. states and 250-plus Nebraska communities.
Augustana
Augustana University is proud to announce the graduating Class of 2025. Of the 455 students who earned baccalaureate degrees, nearly 63% will graduate with honors. Another 209 students earned a graduate degree from the university. In addition, five students earned Augie Access Program certificates and one student earned a post-graduate certificate. These students hail from 30 countries, 36 U.S. states and 49 communities in South Dakota.

Upper Iowa University has announced its 2025 Honors and Awards program recipients. As one of the honorees, Mia Huberty of Elk River, MN, was awarded the Iowa Society of CPAs Outstanding Accounting Major Award.

Ella Janasz, from Elk River, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education-Intervention Specialist from Cedarville University.

CMAB Arts Scholarships
At the April 10, 2025, meeting, The Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB) awarded $30,000 in Arts Scholarships to fifteen students. Sarah Warren of Clear Lake was one of the 15 awarded a $2,000 Student Arts Scholarship to study Integrative Visual Arts at University of Wisconsin, Eau Clair, WI.
Winona State
Winona State University announces the Dean’s List for Spring Semester 2025. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours for a grade) and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5.

Congratulations to Alexandria Fuller, of Otsego, MN for being named to the Western Carolina University Spring 2025 Chancellor’s List.
Fuller was among more than 2,900 students to achieve this honor. To qualify for the Chancellor’s List, students must earn a GPA of 3.8 or higher. Students named to the Chancellor’s List are also named to the Dean’s List.
