FFB hosts huge crowd for Santa

Monday night, the Farm Friends Barn once again hosted its Santa at the Barn event and despite an earlier postponement due to weather, the crowd was enormous and enthusiastic.

The line was literally out the barn door, as hundreds of enthusiastic santa-seekers came for their last chance to lobby for their list.

Once inside, the barn visitors were treated to refreshments and cider, as well as a stunning display of Christmas decorations.

Outside, RJ Stables once again provided the horse-drawn wagon rides, while the barn’s dedicated volunteers tended the bonfire.

As Santa left to tend to his herd of reindeer that were housed in the granary, he was overheard making a reservation once again for next year.

The annual event was sponsored by Arnold’s, Becker True Value, Bill’s Family Foods, B & J Evergreen, Currents, Inc., Joe’s Bobcat, and Nutrien Ag Solutions.

The Farm Friends Barn leadership also extended a huge thank you to the many volunteers and community members who make the annual event such a rousing success.
