DIVERS flew through practices this week as they prepared for the upcoming season that starts Tuesday at home against Zimmerman.

2019 Fall Practices Continue...

With school but a few weeks away from the start of the 2019-20 school year, coaches and athletes are busy plugging away at practices the last few weeks in preparation for the upcoming activities season!

What beautiful weather these teams are experiencing.

Cool temperatures and lots of sun  have made practices doable as student/athletes fine tune their bodies and minds for the regular saesons. Some teams have already had scrimmages with other schools while other teams are actually kicking off their schedules with their first games. matches and meets this week.

Arnold Changamire has had his girls soccer team practicing at the BAC the last few weeks, preparing for their opening match which occurred Friday night at Delano.

The boys soccer team — coached by Nick Crowley — also kicked off their regular season Friday night at Providence Academy. Results from both matches will appear in next week’s Citizen-Tribune.

Tina Tamm’s swim/dive teams have been submerging themselves in practices since last week in preparation for their first meet Tuesday at home against Zimmerman.

Cross Country — both the boys and girls squads — have been working out together in the great outdoors, preparing for their first meet Thursday in Princeton.

Volleyball, football and girls tennis have also been fine-tuning their workouts and are set to kick off their seasons next week and the week after.
